What the Federal Reserve Means for Gold
Gold does not trade the Fed statement in isolation. It trades the real-rate and dollar path that the Fed helps set.
The Federal Reserve matters to Gold because it shapes real yields and the dollar. A more restrictive path can pressure XAU/USD. An easier path, or a market that starts pricing cuts more aggressively, can support it.
The practical read is simple: watch whether the market believes the Fed is done tightening, still data-dependent, or already sliding toward easing. Gold usually responds to that belief, not to a single adjective in the statement.
